Most colleges and universities are not proactively considering the needs of disabled and chronically ill faculty, staff, and students at this point in the pandemic and never ever will because they legally don’t have to until the people they should be considering out themselves.

Hatred of disabled people remains undefeated.

I’m pre-planning for a potential development instead of just winging it if the situation arises. I am doing this because I am disabled and have learned disabled, communal ways. This is the right way for myself and others. But I do miss just winging things irresponsibly, tbh.

The student learning assessment thing faculty and admin get wrong all the time is that we actually should want and pursue 100% achievement of the outcome. That’s the entire point. A lesser achievement level is a tell about *something.* Many somethings to choose from, certainly.

The reasons they don’t and won’t and will never are the point.
