@vhemt7 As we explained by email, we used the standard refund feature of Stripe, which sent money back to the account it was sent from. If you need to make other arrangements, you must discuss it with the original account holder.

Again, we are deeply sorry about that and we are available to answer any of your questions on this twitter account!

All the attendees who purchased a ticket to the conference will be refunded. We will send you more details in the coming days.
