Check out the extraordinary comments I just got from the summary statement on an NIH R01 resubmission, where Reviewer 2 used a total of 36 words in 3 obscure sentences to justify why they gave a 6 to my study approaches. Thanks but no, I am not good at guessing games.

Despite discrepancies in laboratory, analytical and statistical approaches, our findings point to an underlying coherence and consistency , where >35 metabolites and >50 pathways consistently exhibiting associations with multiple air pollutants in > 5 independent studies. (4/5)
@HRExposomics
Thanks Doug! Yes, users can input all C18 +/- and HILIC+/- data frames-- you can just combine HILIC + and C18 + into a data matrix and do the same for the negative mode, then input these two matrices into metapone. And yes, users can use their own pathway models and library :)
