I agree with you @janehunter01 - no mention of parental responsibility, just dump it in the hands of schools and teachers. And of course, the old chestnut "inadequate teacher training'.

Story @JasonClareMP in @smh on behavior lessons - OMG this is a societal problem - I see it everywhere parents who are NOT parenting their children - giving them time or having conversations with them - too distracted on devices - once again schools & ITE can only do so much 😡
