I’m going to get straight to the point:
I lift heavy M-T , and do 20 minutes of cardio F-S.
I drink protein shakes (25g) every morning and after every workout. I’m not the healthiest eater (& I’m working on that) but I eat HEAVY & try not to eat after 8pm.Hope this helps 🙏🏽💖💪🏽

I honestly see tweets like this go viral all the time and I just think, let’s stop tweeting this and actually spread knowledge to the youth. Start with your kids, little siblings, nieces and nephews. It’s a lot of conversations to be had but just having them on Twitter pointless
