I’m very sorry to say that we are going to have to say goodbye to Nancy on Monday. The vet saw her today and confirmed my fear that her hard swollen stomach is not good news. We have the next few days to give her love and cuddles, she has been the best dog.

Mum borrowed this wagon thing so I could go for one last walk in the village. I got out to do a wee and had a lovely time sniffing the air.

Mum did a brave thing (some might say bloody stupid) yesterday and resigned from her job as it was making her miserable. This is good because it means she gets to spend more time with me and Peggy until she finds a new one but she needs to find a new one very soon 🤞

Wow!! Mum just told me I’m almost up to 2,000 followers I can’t believe that there are that many people who are interested in what I get up to but I’m very grateful, thank you ☺️ Once I get to 2,000 mum says we will celebrate with a special treat 😋 I like treats!

On our walk to the cafe we passed someone’s house walking on the lead when their dog ran out of their garden and attacked me - completely unprovoked! My eye was bleeding and mum shouted a lot at the woman whose dog it was but here we are at the cafe and it seems ok🤞

Hello everyone I known it’s been a long time since I posted but Mum has been rubbish at helping me and I’m not good at it myself. I’m still here though, very wobbly and I don’t seem to remember where to 💩 anymore but my tail still wags and I enjoy my food and walks and sniffs!

We went for a walk down the canal today and stopped for a coffee it felt quite ‘normal’ but in the walk back I got attacked by a German shepherd who went for me for no reason - mum shouted loudly at its owner that it should have been on a lead! Luckily I’m ok just a bit shaken

Question: have you always had the same breed of dog? I am mums first dog and although she loves other dogs she can’t ever imagine having anything other than another Labrador. Has anyone else had different breeds or are you the same?

I just did a really really loud fart whilst mum was on a zoom meeting normally they are silent but deadly this one was a proper loud one mum was shocked and couldn’t stop laughing so had to mute herself and turn video off and now she is trying not be sick 🤢 😷

Nancy’s mum here - Thanks for all the messages the vet is pretty sure she has osteoarthritis and the weekends exertions have put her in some pain so we are giving paracetamol to help and going back in a week to see if she needs more medication

I’ve had a fatty lump on my tummy for ages that the vet wasn’t worried about but it’s getting bigger and just now Mum found another small lump on my chest so we are off to the vets at 5.15pm today..... just to get the checked out 🤞🐾💕

Friends!! It is amazing 🤩 Mum can’t actually believe how much better I am moving since I had my first Librela jab on Friday evening - we went for a stroll yesterday and normally afterwards I’d be really stiff and struggle to get up but today - no problem. Just stood straight up!

I’ve just got home from the vets having been prescribed some anti inflammatory tablets for my stiff achy old joints. We are waiting for the new injection to be available again but hopefully these will help in the meantime going back in 10 days to see how I’ve got on 🤞

Bad news friends..... just been to the vets to get flea treatment and they weighed me 😳 apparently I have put on weight and need to go on a D.I.E.T mum thinks it’s because I haven’t been going out with my usual dog walker during lockdown so not been doing as much running around
