Next month I turn 70. I now owe an apology to all the old ppl I mixed with as a younger man. I apologise for not realising that within the old skin, beneath the grey hair or lack of it that they were as young as I am now. I feel I'm about 30, sometimes 25 in a 70 yr old body.

I got call from my GP re fasting blood test. In case u don't know, I was diagnosed with Type 2 Diabetes last year in Sept. This is 1 reason I walk 7km a day. I've changed my diet 2. This is the 2nd test since starting my walks and MY TESTS SHOW NORMAL! Walking & diet works! 1/
