@goldstone_tony Thanks Tony. I had a massive jump in my pension when I went from 60% registrar (post mat leave) to 8 PA consultant (PIA of £109k) in 2017. Thankfully had carry forward due to 2015 AA of £80k so no tax paid. Should/could I seek to "fix" this, presuming it's a calculation error?

Hate that critical incidents need to be declared, but respect organisations that recognise the shit they are in & take proper steps to address issues threatening patient safety. We had more patients waiting for longer in York this week @YSTeachingNHS yet no incident declared.
