A female patient was admitted in our ward for the past 20 days..Today her husband came to visit her,and all of a sudden he became unconscious.Immediately,we took him to ER,he was in cardiac arrest.We did CPR,shocks given,but he died.All this happened within 30 minutes.

This is how unpredictable life is.He was healthy,came to visit her wife and lost himself.Her daughter was crying loudly so her wife(who was already admitted patient).I was also saddened.May Allah give Jannah to the deceased and sabar to family😭

Today,a patient came in OPD with pain in flanks and hematuria.She was also pregnant(5months) and had 4 childrens before.I wrote her medications for UTI and advised USG abdomen..To my surprise she added that her flanks are also swollen.

I examined her and on further inquiry she said that her husband injured her and right now she is feeling severe pain and is also not feeling the movements of fetus(probably died).I had no choice but to refer her.

So,today we had ward night duty.About 4am we were about to leave for sehri,duty nurse called us back that a patient is sick.We went there and saw she was critical and gasping.We tried to save her by giving injections and did CPR but couldn't save her and she died.
