@Mohamedendourol @iamdockarl I have done a 250cc enbloc. Yes it is challenging. Eagerly awaiting my first >300cc prostate. It is encouraging when experts like @FCAFigueiredo and @fgomsan have experience doing very large prostates in an enbloc approach. I think to begin the surgery enbloc has advantages.

@Mohamedendourol @iamdockarl I believe it depends on each patient. A modified en bloc approach is still possible in such large glands. Different ways to skin a cat i suppose.. Morcellation on the other hand again dependant on how fibrous the gland is and more significantly which morcellator is used.
