1. ౨ৎ motivation pt1. i've had multiple eds during the past few years, and i've recovered and relapsed a few times. my main motivation at the time was a crush i had, i didnt want to be with someone unless i was thin and pretty.

6. ౨ৎ diet pt3 . i snacked on pickles and cherry tomatoes, and only drank water (still or sparkling) and lots of it. i also fasted 2/3 times for 24-36 hours. i didnt get cravings often because i was so overwhelmed by the feelings i had that i felt constantly nauseous😭.

7. ౨ৎ exercise . i literally did nothing and went nowhere. i averaged maybe 150 steps a day at this time. my maintenance cals were around 1300 and before i locked in i was eating exactly that. maybe stress burned extra cals or something?.

8. ౨ৎ keeping the weight off pt1 . after i lost the weight i felt a lot prettier and happier, and i still wanted to lose more but i slowly started eating more again almost unintentionally, and as the holidays approached and i was always around snacks and desserts.

9. ౨ৎ keeping the weight off pt2 . i eventually started eating my maintenance again, 1-2 weeks after hitting 116lb. in that time i lost around 2 more pounds and gained it back, then maintained that weight for a while until i went back to restricting.
