Terrific figures in your paper! And very thoughtful discussion Figures reinforce prior observations that most of the differential overestimation is happening above the 7.5% threshold and in older patients So… does it matter as much?
@JamesADiao @venkmurthy @kardiologykazi very interesting work. But… the key words in your thread are “potential” and “could,” so would be very careful not to get people too worried about your results. Thresholds can certainly change - see our viewpoint below.
