Day #86 🚫 Had to have a day off the gym to let the recovery do it thing Have just been able to open the eye again that had surgery on @veefriends

Success ✅ On my way home from surgery high as a kite 🤣 Thank you for all the messages of support♥️ Hopefully this was the last surgery and I can finally start working towards rebuilding life again 14 surgeries and 4 1/2 years later What a crazy ride it’s been @veefriends @garyvee

Day #82 🥴 Dynamic Dinosaur No video today as I injured my self spotting yesterday and wasn’t feeling it Still made it to the gym though, jumped on the bike and did some foam rolling View from the pads is very dynamic 😵💫 @veefriends @garyvee
