@soundcoreaudio Get your customer service team in order before promoting new products.. its a shame your advertised contact numbers don even exist and your whole ticketing process is a sham

@soundcoreaudio am struggling to get a timely response on my ticket..my earbuds stopped working and the only mode of communication is via mail..the contact number does not work, no human chatting online and mail response time is 24 hours avg..very frustrating

@airtelindia its surprising you don't have a single English/ Regional language speaking executive at your call centers..I get 20 calls in a day for a request raised and when asked to speak in English, standard response is will receive a call in 10 mins and that never happens
