I think the issue being overlooked here is that so many Disney characters are already white compared to the minority princesses which only have like one movie to represent them. Tiana being one of the only black princesses, Nani being one of the only Hawaiian, etc.

If Ariel was the only white princess and they race swapped it, it would be different. But there’s so many you can’t even count them on your fingers. Whereas black princesses for example you can’t name more than Tiana. Taking away their ONLY representative feels targeted

Yeah but in the US the tip is basically required for food service especially. Waiters literally get paid like $4/hr and in some places they don’t even. Without tips living would not be possible for them. Not to mention they have to split the tips with certain staff
