@Rob_Veline But so many cells regulating sleep is also underlying the importance of this behavior. I think people need to accept the idea that different cells can perform similar (ish) functions when it comes to sleep.

@dsitaraman Yes we should chat. I have many other dFB specific lines (layers 6 and 7). We do see strong effects with some but not all. Mostly doing opto. And yes some dFB cells probably promote wake.
