It truly is a crisis. We all need to advocate for change if access to justice is to be maintained.
Over the past year, we have heard the phrases "unsolvable", "deserts" and "wasteland" when it comes to legal aid. Funding is becoming a growing issue with a worrying rise in the cost of legal aid for civil, criminal, and children's cases. Help us advocate for change: #LegalAidMatters

One upshot from the #budget will be that businesses and farmers - particularly family owned - will spend much of the next 18 months reordering their affairs. 100% APR and BPR applying to the first £1million may sound a lot but most farms over 150 acres will be valued more.
