im so disgusted with myself. i would be better off gone i literally cannot continue existing with this horrible horrible feeling

decided to weight myself after a full meal and drinking a ton of water.. why do i almost weigh the same as my starting weight? 😀 im literally going to have a mental breakdown

how do u get from this to that? im currently trying to lose weight anyways but I really want defined abs so do i just lose the weight?
