Today, I resigned from the SNP. The appointment of someone with homophobic and transphobic views as deputy leader contradicts the progressive values I expected from the party. My support for independence remains strong however.

She's growing up in a loving home surrounded by parents who love her. She's developing normally for a girl her age. She's surprising me with how well she's doing at school and knows how to have fun.
