@dhinchcliffe #CIOChat A1 - Selection/funding are easiest when the innovation can tie to the company goals. If there isn't a close tie, show where the innovation helps with $$ or improving processes. Sometimes we need to experiment and for that cleaning up some contracts can free up funds.
