@adelel1980 @MHLondon22 @THTorguk Disagree about not needing to know. If disclosed during 999 call it should be passed to the responding ambulance crew. It would be wrong to withhold such information from responders once it is known. Same goes for any pertinent history given during 999 triage.

@simontutt88 @EMASNHSTrust There does need to be an element of public self triage though; to dial 999 or access care in another way. 999 lines are finite. The trained call handling staff are finite. That non-emergency call being triaged can block the cardiac arrest caller being connected sooner.
