As part of our ecosystems unit, S’s have been researching interrelationships among organisms while using innovation and economics. Teams then presented their ideas on saving the bees. With help from @WarrenCoSWCD, we are starting by reviving a pollinator garden! #MasonElementary

They questioned a phenomenon and designed an investigation to test how water affects the landscape. It’s always incredible to see what they come up with on their own and how rich the discussions are when they’re responsible for their learning. #masonmoment #masonelementary

We love when @WCSWCD comes to visit and Mrs. Proffitt lets us interact with the stream table so that we can learn about erosion and deposition. We will use this in our case study investigations to figure out how dirt and rocks end up in new places!
