As news of a National Express drivers strike emerges, Diamond wishes to reassure our passengers that Diamond Bus services will not be affected by the strike action and will continue to operate as normal.
We are pleased to announce that Diamond Bus will be continuing to take part in the Government funded £2 Fare Cap Scheme.
This means that single bus fares on eligible services will continue to be no more than £2 per trip until October 2023. Find out more:

From 2 - 4 June the Midlands Air Festival will take place at Ragley Hall. The 247 will be allowed to pass through road closures, however some delays may be expected due to the volume of traffic in the surrounding area.

Due to emergency Road works at Mustow Green there have been 4 way temporary lights put on the Island the 52 service is subject to large delays. Sorry for any inconvience caused.
BEWDLEY ROADWORKS UPDATE
Due to an RTC Bewdley Bypass has been closed.
We are now experiencing extremely large delays now to all Bewdley services.
We apologise for any inconvenience caused, our drivers are doing all they can to get to you.

Bewdley Services - 8/125/292/296 & Shuttle
Bewdley Bridge is open to inbound traffic as normal. Due to very heavy traffic this morning on Welsh Gate and the Bypass services ended up 30/40 minuets late. Now traffic has eased services are starting to fall back on time.
Remembrance Day Parades - Sunday 12th November.
A number of Remembrance Day Parades will take place across the region on Sunday. Some services may be subject to short term delays whilst the parade passes by, therefore please allow some additional time for your journey.

Heavy flooding in Shrawley. We have tried to use the Great Witley however roads are not passable there. Service operating Bewdley to Stourport only.

From Sunday 5 November, Diamond Bus & National Express West Midlands will jointly operate services 4, 4H & 4M. There will a new timetable and some minor route changes to the 4H.

Service 150 Route Change from 1st March
Due to the permanent closure of Colmore Rd, Kings Heath there will be a route change on service 150. It will now turn left into Vicarage Rd, left into Howard Rd then right onto Alcester Rd Sth. Addison Rd bus stop will no longer be served.
As more people may be preparing to return to work in the coming weeks, please be aware of the guidelines we have in place on our services to keep yourself and others safe when travelling.

There has been an RTC on Habberley Road the road is closed.
8 Service using Cathems End in both directions.
292/125 are suffering large delays with the increased traffic and the road works by the Safari park.
From Saturday 4 July, new government social distancing guidelines come into effect and 1m distancing with Face Coverings will be allowed on public transport. This means capacity on buses can increase slightly and additional passengers can be carried.
We're pleased to announce that funding has been agreed, in partnership with Worcestershire County Council, to keep the 303 Kidderminster to Worcester service operating. Diamond will be resuming this service from Monday 8th June.

Service 25 minor route change.
From Sunday 5th February, Service 25 will no longer use Stourbridge High St, due to parked cars causing obstructions. From Sunday, buses will now operate along the ring road when leaving Stourbridge.
We are expecting delays on our 3 and 8 services throughout the day due to the erection of temporary lights on the Stourport Road. We will be using resources to attempt to keep the services running to timetable. Please accept our apologies for any delays caused to your journey.

3/296 service
Due to water works at Princess Way we are not able to serve Layman Walk & Hermitage Way. Passengers are advised to pick the 3 up by the allotments .
3 and 15A/ service towards Stourport
Due to an RTC on the Minster RD (Duel Track) the police have shut off the Road. The services will be diverted down Wildon Lane the 3 Service will still be serving the Coppice
