US AI firms, with more relatively more capital than specialized labor, optimize for computational power. China, with more specialized labor than cutting-edge hardware, optimizes for capital efficiency. Yet, discussions on cost rarely account for the opportunity cost of this human capital. If top engineers are funneled into AI optimization to compensate for hardware constraints, what innovations in other fields (or even other areas of the AI space) are being deprioritized?

A imprensa deveria parar de chamar as instituições do Judiciário de 'Justiça'. Dizer que 'a Justiça decidiu isso ou aquilo' cria a falsa impressão de que toda decisão de um juiz ou tribunal é automaticamente justa. A imprensa não chama as decisões do Legislativo de 'Democracia'. Cada poder é uma representação de valores, não um sinônimo deles.
