The resume covered in flowers has gotten me three jobs offers and has been highly praised. Just because your boring career field doesn’t encourage creativity and unique content doesn’t mean others don’t. So thanks for your unsolicited input, but I know what I’m doing, chief.
4. Madhatter. DuPont Circle. Unlimited mimosas for $14. Some of the best classic mimosas I’ve had out here. Servings are BIG for the affordable price you’re paying. The DJ during brunch is also amazing. Had the meat lovers skillet and absolutely loved it.

Someone said MJ didn’t need all the theatrics and drama like Beyoncé. Y’all. My man would stand in silence for a whole two minutes, hee hee into the mic once, then bend over and start crying. King of being dramatic.
10. Cuba Libre. Chinatown. Especial de Brunch is $24.95 for three brunch plates! Only $16 extra to add on bottomless drinks. You’ll come for the food, but stay for the atmosphere.
Today we honor Dr. Martin Luther King, Jr. on the 50th anniversary of his assassination. Earlier this year I spoke about Dr. King’s legacy of justice and peace, and his impact on uniting Americans.

Absolutely. I value the emotional intimacy and commitment that comes with a long-term partner. I want to have someone I trust physically, mentally and emotionally to grow old and raise my family with.

I grew up in a predominantly white area and I definitely feel this thread. Now, I go to a black university and live in a black community and it’s a whole world of difference. I feel accepted here. I don’t feel like an outlier. I love my blackness so much more now.
not sure where i learned this but if you’re using seasoning blends (most have salt in them), you’re not supposed to double up on salt. use salt free blends if you doing all that.
