Got a spiking neural network to oscillate in
Spiking neurons accumulate current from dendrites and slowly leak it out. Once it hits a threshold, it fires, sending current along.

As someone who's going nuts building an automated programmer, I can say:
GPT is far from acting autonomously on sizable codebases. You are safe until AI gets far better under the hood.
