A hundred-thousand voters in Iowa decided the trajectory of the race. Other states with primaries allowing early or mail-voting had voters cast ballots weeks ago.

looks good for Trump, who––if margins hold––is 7% above 2016. Trump needs huge numbers here. Bay is a white, working-class county; farmers, retired UAW autoworkers, and tool and die workers. White ethnics. Think Polish Catholics and German Lutherans.
Looking at some final unofficial results from twps in Mason County (all precincts and AV boards reporting): Trump is boosting his already robust victory margins from '16. This is what he will need to counter expected D gains elsewhere if he can repeat those gains in other places.
