We paid a gazillion $$$$ for business tickets booked in January from LAX to Florence. You bumped us to coach for the second leg of our trip for no reason! And lost 8 pieces of luggage and you hope I reunite with my stuff?Honesty F U @lufthansa l hope summer 2022 takes you down!!!

My hubby flew back to Frankfurt to look for our bags since @Air_Dolomiti and @lufthansa had no record of where exactly our bags are. We got ONE of the kid’s car seat delivered.

Absolutely!!! Same. Everyday shopping! So infuriating. My husband flew back to Frankfurt to look through the luggage there. 15000 bags!!! What a debacle.
@Air_Dolomiti @denisevasi How about others!!!! What an amazing travel experience without luggage. Instead of discovering your amazing country we have to shop every day trying to keep your expenses lower!

LIES!!!! I sent this DM yesterday! No answers. @Air_Dolomiti @imwritingwrongs On IG they said someone could get back to me 2 times and NOTHING. Today is wedding day and hubby is at the airport again going through warehouses of luggage one last time!

@Air_Dolomiti overbooked thier flights and even though we paid for business class and had confirmed seats they tried to bump us OFF our connecting flight. Then they lost 8 bags of ours! My kids have no car seats, my husband has none of his meds! You call and get no where.

@HowardPamhoward @Air_Dolomiti Ask them abou the rooms and rooms of luggage they have. My husband has been at the airport for 2 days now looking through the rooms of luggage. Some date back to 6/15/when you ask what they will do to help locate the owners of their luggage they shrug. No one knows no one cares!
