I’m not well read up on this claim enough to be able to say it’s true or false but I definitely think there’s a culture issue working against our community in the United States. Touching on culture, it’s extremely clear via popular music from our demographic being very adverse to the law and family values. People tend to assume the identities of the music that captivates them - for example I really like metal and wear a lot of black, and metal T-Shirts, I play metal on the guitar etc. The idea of a proper or “atomic” family (whatever you’d like to call it) has been completely destroyed, and that destruction persists due to it being subsidized via welfare/EBT as well. Whether or not we are inherently “dumber”, I mean I’d like to think not, but I can’t say for sure.
