No better time to rethink how we work today, how we need to adapt fast, and how to stay ahead. 100% spot on.
Now is the age of agents and high-agency people. And a new kind of education. Why now? AI takes over more routine work each week. Writing, calculating, drawing, analyzing, programming, coordinating, and communicating. From biological research to internet marketing — these things are becoming nearly free and equally accessible to everyone. AI can do any intellectual work faster and cheaper than humans, but it doesn't know what to do. This is exactly why we need agents and high-agency people. The first — because you can give them an abstract goal and they'll use petaflops of computing power, training themselves to solve it ("go make a million dollars online"). The second — because human nature and drive to create something cool and new is the most crucial component today. What follows? Many things — the structure of the economy and society's values are changing radically. But perhaps the first step is education! Historically, education prepared robots. Disciplined, identical, good at following orders. Hierarchies are becoming obsolete, managers are no longer needed. Everyone can build what they want with their own hands. Creativity, agency, unstoppable will, and energy are what's valuable now. If I were starting a business today, considering market size and impact, I'd build AI tutors / illustrated primers. Fun fact: I actually did this exact thing two years ago ( , but just for fun—and today's technology is at least 100x better
