When incentives and rules are immutable, rational actors converge toward stable collaborative-selfish strategies. The more interconnected the system, the harder it is to destabilize.

Falcon, a lattice-based signature scheme, looks like a good candidate, lamport/winternitz instead of BLS are other great ones. Other quantum proof algos to research are Crystals-Dilithium from NIST advice
