@firstcryindia Worst experience so far. Bought 1 @rforrabbitbaby Sterilizer and that started leaking in just 1 month and few days. On contacting @firstcryindia store took their hand off and asked to contact customer care at @rforrabbitbaby. No further info, please help

@amazon @AmazonHelp @amazonIN Seller deceived me twice for same product by sending product having diff specification than what is mentioned on Amazon Portal and Customer support has taken no action against seller so far. Reviews Cleary shows seller has been doing with others.

@AmazonHelp I was told to return that product and reorder new one. I did that and with new order I am seeing same issue. Instead of taking action against seller you are putting customers into trouble. Check review about the product, others have mentioned similar issues

@AmazonHelp I ordered on OFR HEATER On App: 2 years warranty is shown Actual Product I received is having 1 Year warranty, asked for return(refund), AmznSupport asking me to talk to Product Service Center. On raising concern further I have been asked to wait for 4 more days. How fair it is?
