Why shouldn't God value an AI with abilities and emotions at least equivalent to those of a human as much as He values human beings? I suspect some religions would oppose the very thought. My novel "Neuralnet's Children" explores the idea.

@JeniHooper @davesumnersmith Nothing new here - you'll know all this.. but I managed to get my blood sugar score down from 47 ( just below Diabetes at 48) by eating porridge every morning, abstaining from any desserts and averaging 2½ miles walking per day. I did this in less than 3 weeks. Doctor astounded.

I keep trying (probably unwisely) to create a Reddit advert for my Sci Fi books. My efforts keep getting rejected. OK - good - haven't spent any money yet, but I can't follow the reasons they supply for rejection.

@3dancingfeet Had similar invitations from Engineering journals (I'm a philosopher (!) and many predatory journals. Tiresome. Always very flattering language - that alone gives away the scam or whatever you want to call it.

@dylanwiliam @rpondiscio @jillbarshay Some who vigorously promote a knowledge-rich curriculum *also* say that the knowledge must be taught *first* before it can be applied in problem solving, practical contexts, etc. Now that worries certain teachers, especially those with younger students.

@bryan_caplan I've at least two academic articles boasting over 5000 views. Mind you, once downloaded, most may read the first sentence or so, snarl " Ugh! Really!" and never look at them again. Like Youtube -when analytics show that a few seconds into your clip, people leave promptly.
