Invested in the Mission.
☢️ @standardnuclear has acquired the TRISO fuel manufacturing assets of @UltraSafeNuke. Most importantly, the nuclear fuel manufacturing team, consisting of scientists, engineers, technicians, and operations personnel, has been retained and this week transitioned to new roles at Standard Nuclear. Together, they will carry on with their mission to deliver TRISO fuel at industrial scale to enable the future of sustainable nuclear power. Over the course of six months, we were fortunate to have been joined by an incredible syndicate of investors to make this complex and dynamic transaction possible. There are many deserving of our thanks and gratitude for their unwavering partnership and dedication to this critical effort. More to come in the coming weeks and months, but Standard Nuclear is fully operational and ready to deliver. #titanswanted
