Here are some methods I use to get facial features to pop on darker skin. (It's def not perfect and i did it kinda fast, but I hope it helps!)
@Ninnifer2 That is an issue that people can have; however, one thing that helps is adding highlights around their facial features while maintaining their base skin tone. You can find examples in photography, looking at the contrast between their base skin tone and the bright highlights.
