Thank you for writing this piece @itsthatgirlsuzi - it takes a team to deliver high quality services. Occupational Therapists and HSCPs are finding it difficult to contribute and collaborate in teams currently due to the embargo. Patients and families ultimately paying the price
Recruitment embargo is being implemented in a random manner which is giving rise to inequity in its effect It is open-ended and done without consultation It sends a poor signal to affected professions & will damage retention Ultimately the patient pays the price #health
