Very sad to announce that Coach Dick Burrows passed away today. Coach Burrows was the head football coach for 19 years from 1966-1984 and is 2nd all time at Danville w/99 career victories. He volunteered with the FB program through this season and was also an asst. track coach 🙏

Residents of Clear Creek, please be aware that Danville is joining many other high schools across the state in leaving our football stadium lights on from this Friday morning overnight through Saturday evening as a rememberance to Coach Bowsman of West Washington High School.
We send our condolences to the family and friends of Phillip Bowsman and the entire West Washington HS community. Bowsman, who served as athletic director and football coach, guided his team to last Friday’s semi-state championship game and had a wonderful impact on young people.
