I am a fiscal conservative who doesn’t want to see our country in financial ruin, which is where we are headed. Both parties excessive spending got us here and they have not been able to reduce it on their own. Glad Elon is taking it on. It will be messy at times, but sorely needed.

$256 million went to the CU system last year from the foundation endowment. $36 million of that went for research of all types across all campuses. My point is the hole cannot be filled out of the foundation endowment because of the restrictions by donors not only by type but also by the timeframe specified by the donor.

@thehill We should be thankful that Elon, the most brilliant entrepreneur of our generation, is willing to to help us out of this fiscal mess that has been created by both parties. Instead, some are arguing about the details instead of backing his efforts.

@iAmDustin1992 He is young so chances of being cured with a stem cell transplant are good. Will not be an easy month in the hospital for the transplant, but better days are ahead.
