If a stockpile is defined as not selling what you already have, I’m not sure what people are upset about? 98% of US Gov seized digital assets is Bitcoin anyway. What is actively bought should be the only thing that matters.

@coinbase just launched Bitcoin-backed loans on Base. A big step for the space, but borrowers need to be wary of margin calls. Borrowing against @meanwhilelife BTC Whole Life policy solves this by lending BTC against BTC collateral, tax-free. Sleep easy knowing your BTC is safe

If I’m @saylor I have an army educating Moodys/Fitch/S&P to help update their models and give $MSTR debt a rating. A rating would give (re)insurers more leverage on the debt they hold on their balance sheet, significantly increasing demand. @PunterJeff

@bradmillscan Put some BTC in a BTC-denominated Whole Life insurance policy, then borrow against that. Policy is in BTC, loan is in BTC with stepped-up cost basis (so you can sell to cash tax-free). Collateral & loan in BTC so never at risk of getting liquidated or margin called.
