@ArunKrishnan_ Probably. I would hold bureaucrats to a higher std. But not an armed forces guy who spent most of his time soldiering in the field.

@ArunKrishnan_ Sceptical is ok, as long as there is a decent representation to draw a conclusion. I could suspect the loyalty of every Indian who has emigrated abroad otherwise. But no, we do not do so.

@ArunKrishnan_ Given the steep pyramid hierarchy of the armed forces, most go out at say Col rank (for officers). Most of them do not weird any great influence in policy making. After they have done their bit of service, not nice to see any doubts being cast.
