@chicwilder Not reverting. What I propose is reward good leaders with another chance to run for as long as they improve the economy while maintaining the democratic space restored by the EDSA Revolution. We dont have a long view because our leaders are forced to think in 6 year increments.

I think that will at least solve this whole problem of rise and fall of the economy every six years. Predictability of business rules & a level playing field can be done under a competent President. And that is a surefire formula to grow the economy consistently.
