@AppleSupport I spent over three hours on the telephone experiencing THE very worst of your company. The failure of support staff that get me to do resets on my phone and don’t call me back. Selecting NO music whilst I wait and having to hear it 30 times. Frighteningly useless.

@TheMrLoophole @GBNEWS I agree. Majority are fine. Law abiding. There are too many riding with EarPods and headphones, no special awareness. Some all the gear no idea. Real cyclists dislike them as much as motorists. Saw a duo doing 30+ in a 20 cutting bends. Total disregard for everyone.
