There you go forcing the sins of others on the wrong people, again. At the first Constitutional Convention (1787) a moratorium was placed on the transatlantic slave trade. So in this brand new country, it was the beginning of the end of a millennium’s old global practice. There is an open air slave market in Libya that could use your attention, but you’re not gonna like who’s buying and selling.
