On Nov 29th my wife's roaming on @TMobile wasn't working - I called to fix it haha - @TMobileHelp instead wiped my phone, removed all my plans, disconnected my apple watch, removed my international plan, charged me $500 for roaming calls & my wife's phone still doesn't roam! 🙌
