You'll get nowhere fast if this is you. Without giving positive reinforcement and honest feedback, improving your workforce performance will always be like trying to drive with your eyes closed… You might keep moving but won't know if you're heading in the right direction.

Stop! Instead of focusing mostly on safety paperwork, processes or procedures to fix problems. Invest in getting your 5 C’s in tip-top condition: • Communication • Collaboration • Cooperation • Coaching • Culture Straight up, you won’t have as many problems when you understand human behaviour.
