In 2025, make "no" one of your most powerful tools. Every "yes" you give out of obligation is energy taken away from the goals that actually move you forward. Growth doesn’t happen by doing more – it happens by doing the right things consistently. As entrepreneurs and leaders, we’re often pulled in a million directions. But success comes from focus. Saying no to distractions, unnecessary meetings, and projects that don't align with your bigger vision creates space for the opportunities that truly matter. This year, protect your time like your business depends on it – because it does. The more intentional you are, the more progress you'll make. What are you saying no to in 2025? Drop it in the comments. Let’s start the year strong.

Happy New Year! 🎉 As we step into 2025, remember this — the only limit to what you can achieve is the belief you hold about what's possible. The new year isn’t just a calendar change. It’s a clean slate, a chance to recalibrate, refocus, and realign with the life and business you’re working to build. Take the lessons from 2024, but leave behind the doubts. Growth happens when we dare to dream bigger and take action like it’s already done. So, ask yourself — what’s one goal that excites you? One move that could change everything? Write it down. Own it. Drop one of your goals for 2025 in the comments — let’s hold each other accountable and make this the year we go all in. 🔥

As the candles of Chanukkah are lit, we’re reminded of the power of light in the face of darkness and the strength that comes from unity and hope. This season is about miracles — both those we celebrate from our past and those we pray for in our future. While we gather with family and loved ones, let’s hold space in our hearts for those who can’t celebrate this year. My thoughts and prayers are with the hostages still in captivity, spending a second Chanukkah away from home. May their light never fade, and may they soon return to the warmth of their families. Wishing you and your loved ones a Chanukkah filled with love, light, and the hope of miracles to come. 🕎 And wishing those who celebrate Christmas a Merry Christmas filled with joy and happiness!

As we head into 2025, take a moment to ask yourself: Are you truly happy with the life you’ve created? If the answer isn’t a confident “yes,” remember this — change doesn’t have to take months or years. It can happen in an instant. The moment you decide to take action, shift your mindset, or say “no” to what doesn’t serve you, you set a new course. Success, growth, and fulfillment are choices, not accidents. The power to create the life and business you want lies in your hands. Whether it's refining your strategy, investing in personal growth, or stepping out of your comfort zone, one decision can set 2025 on a completely different trajectory. Don’t wait for the “perfect moment” — make this the moment. What’s one change you’re ready to make as we enter the new year? Reply below and commit to it.

I had a fantastic time yesterday speaking to Amanda’s company about the power of mindset shifts and how they can drive us to show up as our best selves in 2025. We explored how small changes in perspective can lead to massive growth, both personally and professionally. Mindset isn’t just a buzzword—it’s the foundation of how we approach challenges, opportunities, and success. As we gear up for the new year, the right mindset can be the catalyst that helps us achieve more than we thought possible. Thank you, Amanda, for the opportunity to connect and share these insights with your incredible team! Here’s to a 2025 filled with growth, clarity, and transformation.

In business, success isn’t a solo journey—it’s a team sport. The people you choose to bring into your business aren’t just employees; they’re partners in your vision, champions for your goals, and the ones who help make it all possible. As a leader, your responsibility is to create an environment where your team thrives. This means clear communication, empowering decision-making, and fostering a culture where everyone feels aligned with the mission. When your team believes in the vision as strongly as you do, they don’t just root for the business—they drive it forward. Here’s the key: you have to be intentional about who’s on your team. Surround yourself with people who are passionate, resourceful, and committed. The right team will challenge you to grow, hold you accountable, and celebrate wins together. Great leaders aren’t just visionaries; they’re enablers of greatness in others. How are you investing in your team’s success? Share your thoughts or tag someone who’s been a crucial part of your journey below. 👇

This Thanksgiving, I’m reflecting on how grateful I am for the gift of family. I feel so fortunate to have spent nearly two months with my son Josh while he was home visiting from the IDF in Israel. That family time together was priceless. I’m also deeply thankful for my incredible wife Jen, who brings so much love and strength into our lives. I’m grateful for my daughter Maddie and son-in-law Max and the joy of watching them build their beautiful new home so close to us. It’s a blessing to see their dreams take shape and to share in their journey. This season reminds me of how precious family and togetherness truly are. What are you most thankful for this year? Reply and share your thoughts with me! Wishing you a peaceful holiday. #Gratitude #Thanksgiving #Family #Thankful

Do you ever feel like you’re stuck wrestling with the same challenges over and over again? Here’s a thought: maybe the problem isn’t the problem—it’s how your brain is wired. We routinely upgrade the software on our devices, but how often do we think about upgrading the “software” in our minds? The way we respond to challenges often comes from outdated mental programming, rooted in a primal need to survive nonexistent threats. Think about it: are you waiting for a threat that’s never coming? If you want to rewire your brain for success, here are three ways to start: 1️⃣ Make peace with the past. Shift your perspective to find gratitude in the hard moments. This clears emotional clutter and makes room for growth. 2️⃣ Select your Circle of Six. You become the average of the six people you spend the most time with. Choose wisely. Surround yourself with those who inspire and uplift. 3️⃣ Stop pursuing wealth. The most successful people don’t chase money—they embody success. Operate at a higher frequency, act as if you’ve already achieved it, and watch your actions align with your goals. Who in your circle needs to hear this? Share this with them—and let me know which of these you’re working on right now! #Mindset #Entrepreneurship #BrainRewiring #SuccessStrategies

Extraordinary work comes from one place: passion. When you’re genuinely driven by what you do, it shows—in the details, in the way you solve challenges, and in the goals you set and achieve. Passion pushes you to go above and beyond, especially when things get tough. And here’s the thing: clients and customers notice it too. They know when you’re fully invested in the outcome, not just checking a box. In business, this makes all the difference. So, ask yourself—are you doing this because you have to or because you’re truly driven to make an impact? Passion isn’t just fuel; it’s the foundation of extraordinary work. What keeps you going? Share below with what drives you to bring your best every day. #BusinessGrowth #EntrepreneurMindset #Passion

If you’re working for a company but have entrepreneurial dreams, here’s one mindset shift that can change everything: think like an INtrepreneur. An intrapreneur is someone who works within a company—often a large corporate one—but operates with an entrepreneurial spirit. Imagine this: treat the company you’re working for as if it’s yours. Top-line revenue, bottom-line profits—imagine it’s all on you. How would you work? How would you collaborate? Thinking and acting like an owner gives you the drive and perspective to make a real impact, and, in turn, others will start seeing you as a leader within the organization. This approach not only helps you grow within your current role but also builds the foundation to succeed when you eventually take the leap to start your own business. It’s how I set myself up for success almost 30 years ago, showing up each day as if the company I worked for was my own. Implement this one tip, and you’ll set yourself up for growth and prepare yourself for when you take the leap into entrepreneurship. Who else needs to hear this today? Tag them below or share this post to spread the word. #EntrepreneurMindset #Leadership #EntrepreneurTips #SuccessMindset
