Memaw was a great American. At the age of 18, she boarded a train by herself from Dayton, TX, to San Diego, CA. My Grandfather was serving in the Army Air Corps at the time, and Memaw traveled across the country to be a true “Rosie the Riveter.” I love you the mostest!!
