For those interested in the truth: Elon Musk, through companies like SpaceX and Tesla, holds government contracts with NASA, the Department of Defense (DoD), and other federal agencies. However, full disclosure of these contracts depends on several legal factors: 1. Public vs. Classified Contracts •Public Contracts: Many contracts with NASA and the DoD are publicly available through government procurement databases like or the Federal Procurement Data System (FPDS). •Classified Contracts: If a contract involves national security, military technology, or classified research, full details may be restricted under laws like the Classified Information Procedures Act (CIPA) or the Defense Production Act (DPA). 2. Freedom of Information Act (FOIA) Limits •Government contracts can be requested under FOIA, but exemptions apply to protect trade secrets, national security interests, and proprietary business information. •If a contract contains sensitive defense technology, the government can redact or deny disclosure. 3. Congressional Oversight •Congress has the legal authority to review government contracts, especially those involving taxpayer money. •If Musk’s companies are suspected of misconduct or overbilling, lawmakers can subpoena records. Bottom Line Musk is not required to disclose everything publicly, especially if the contract is classified.

So, if J.D. Vance meant that judges have no role in checking executive power, that would be incorrect under the Constitution. However, he was arguing that judges should not improperly interfere with the legitimate use of executive power, that would be a more nuanced debate about judicial overreach. Please try and keep up

Just a quick note to thank you for working so hard for the Trump campaign by being an absolute ass, and while you were at it, your production companies took part in exporting 30,000 middle class jobs and you had nothing to say about it. Well, we’re taking them back. You lost @elonmusk he didn’t lose you.

I love how you guys keep grasping at straws, please keep it up, it’s helping people see the truth. The more dip shit peep squeaks like you deny this, the more people will wake up and see the truth. So much of it is about to be revealed. Yes, Medicaid fraud is a known issue, but the extent and nature of it are often debated. Fraud in Medicaid can take several forms, including: •Provider Fraud: Doctors, clinics, or hospitals billing for services not provided, performing unnecessary procedures, or falsifying records. •Beneficiary Fraud: Individuals providing false information to qualify for benefits or “doctor shopping” for excess prescriptions. •Third-Party Fraud: Identity theft or schemes by organized criminals to exploit the system. Government agencies like the Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services (CMS) and state Medicaid Fraud Control Units (MFCUs) actively investigate and prosecute fraud. While fraud does exist, studies suggest that the majority of improper Medicaid payments are due to errors or administrative mistakes rather than intentional fraud. Estimates of actual fraud rates vary, but it’s generally believed to account for a small percentage of total Medicaid spending.
