Renal talk: positive role of ACE-I/ARB in reducing progression to ESRF (CKD with proteinuria). Carry it on even in advanced kidney disease. Also strong evidence for SGLT2 inhibitors. Less evidence with MRAs. New kid on the block - Semaglutide, non-significant benefit.
