Why are @BristolCouncil making life increasingly difficult whilst putting up council tax. The city will say no, they will do it anyway and then we have to enjoy a month's worth of dirty nappies overflowing across our streets in the heights of summer.

@NJ_Timothy It's not just the hypocrisy that angers me, it's the actual consequences of wrecking productive agricultural land in our beautiful countryside for 'so called' green solar panels. @Ed_Miliband does not understand the countryside.
